We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at CN Guidance and Counseling Services. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide supportive counseling, ADL training, and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in residential programs.

• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to residents in a residential setting.
• Assist residents in developing and achieving their service plan goals.
• Monitor and train residents in household maintenance activities to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Participate in fire safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Document interactions with residents and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a mental health-related field.
