Recovery Monitoring Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As an Electronic Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising clients referred for electronic home monitoring, ensuring compliance with approved schedules, pre-trial orders, court orders, sanctions, and other agency referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment for clients
  • Monitor client compliance using electronic equipment and on-site checks
  • Track data received from electronic devices for compliance with approved schedules and court orders
  • Responsible for the maintenance of assigned equipment, including cleaning, inventory, and troubleshooting problems
  • Meet with clients to review and approve daily schedules, provide overview of home monitoring program, and review rules of client compliance
  • Monitor and address alerts received from electronic monitoring devices to determine client compliance and adherence to program guidelines
  • Provide notification and documented report to probation officer or referring court in instances of non-compliance
  • Administer drug and alcohol testing as determined by client's program
  • Check equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory, and request new equipment as needed
  • Communicate with call center to troubleshoot problems with monitoring equipment
  • Update physical and electronic files, ensuring all relevant information is included
  • Maintain confidentiality of client records and administrative files
  • Work with court and court officials to write and update client reports
  • Collect supervision payments from clients, provide receipts, and complete daily deposits
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months of experience with community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts preferred
  • Knowledge of state judicial system preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of organizational skills required
  • Valid driver's license required
