Key Responsibilities:
- Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce to meet the Equinox brand standards.
- Interview, hire, train, and manage front desk, maintenance, and kids' club departments to ensure adherence to payroll budgets and schedules.
- Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually to drive growth and development.
- Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of customer service to club members, exceeding their expectations and driving loyalty.
- Partner with the General Manager to support ancillary departments and sales initiatives.
- Awareness of monthly departmental goals and projections to drive business growth.
- Ensure the club maintains a high level of cleanliness and adheres to Equinox's company standards.
- Monitor safety and security of the club, ensuring compliance with risk management and loss prevention procedures.
- Assist with other projects and responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
- Be open to location reassignments and flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in an operational management industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage teams and drive results.
- High-touch customer service experience preferred to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Effective time management and follow-up skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Financial management experience to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and be mobile throughout the facility all day.
