Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Catholic Youth Director at Ladgov Corporation.

About the Role

This part-time position (24 hours per week) is responsible for providing and directing a youth program, assessing needs for the Catholic youth program with the Catholic Chaplain, recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer staff, organizing and leading various youth activities, retreats, mission trips, social events, and worship services, participating in Catholic community activities, including weekend worship services, maintaining records, developing an annual calendar, and managing program budgets.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $**45,000 - $60,000** per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in youth ministry or a related field.
  • Proof of education, including two years of college with relevant training or experience in Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, or Education.
  • Basic and Advanced Catechist Certification.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for youth ministry with supporting references.
