About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team in the Tacoma Metro Area, approximately 40 miles south of Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician to work with a built-in referral program and serve the entire south Puget Sound region.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a full-time Rheumatologist, managing patients with various rheumatic conditions.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in rheumatology, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Rheumatology Fellowship training and board certification or eligibility.
  • Washington State medical license and DEA registration prior to commencement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams.

  • Competitive compensation model with a base salary range of $116.93 to $168.91 per hour, reflecting the demands and qualifications of this role.
