Job Description:

The Market Director, Mission serves as a key member of our senior management team, influencing strategic and operational decisions that integrate mission as a core business process. Reporting to the Region VP & Chief Mission Officer, this leader will champion initiatives related to mission, community health, advocacy, and ethics, ensuring our organization remains true to its heritage and faith tradition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced, transformative Catholic healthcare ministry, showcasing vision, energy, and a proven track record of achievement in mission, spirituality, community health, advocacy, and ethics.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across complex organizational structures and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and a solid understanding of healthcare operations, corporate structure, and relationships.
  • A Master's degree is required for this role.

Estimated Salary: $65.55 - $112.43 per hour
