Responsibilities
  • Provide case management and advocacy support to youth in need, working closely with the CASA Program Manager to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Conduct regular visits with assigned youth, producing court reports with recommendations to ensure their best interests are represented.
  • Collaborate with other CAPC staff, advocates, the Court, and community stakeholders to ensure successful case management and promote teamwork.
Requirements
  1. Promote collaboration and maintain a sense of teamwork within CAPC.
  2. Represent the agency consistently and professionally, adhering to its Mission and Values.
  3. Have a solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and rules governing the CASA program.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social services or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience working with children and families or social work case management experience working with volunteers (desired).
