Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during their stay. Your primary responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator duties.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
• Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
• Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
