Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and marketing success for new club openings and pre-sale clubs.
  • Lead and train new gym management and teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of new club openings and pre-sale clubs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Represent the company with the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clubs, employees, members, guests, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Experience with developing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures to drive business results.
  • High level of technological skills, with proficiency in software applications and tools.
