(35 hours), Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests with a friendly and inviting attitude as they arrive at the office.
2. Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel as required.
3. Draft and send thank-you correspondence for various ministry activities.
4. Execute direct mail initiatives promptly as requested.
5. Maintain accurate records of product donations in the organizational database.
6. Engage in various special projects and contribute to internal task forces as necessary.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that inspires a life aligned with God's will.
2. Preferred two years of experience in administrative leadership.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while applying problem-solving skills effectively.
4. Proficient in organizational technology, particularly Google Suite.
5. A self-motivated, teachable individual with a servant's heart for ministry.
6. Excellent communication and listening abilities, with a focus on encouraging and supporting others.
7. A commitment to the vision of Lakeshore Nonprofits, which aims to empower our community to love, serve, and connect with dignity.
