About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS INC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients, including initial assessment and ongoing therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to facilitate positive change and growth in clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, prioritizing client goals and strategies for achieving them.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in outreach and education efforts to promote the agency's services and mission.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
  • At least one year of clinical experience or case management experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
  • Knowledge of mental health and community resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
