Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

The PSG Global Solutions Careers team is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our property staff and coordinate activities related to our property management in Concord, NH.

This role involves diverse tasks that require strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, providing high-quality administrative support to the Property Manager and management staff. You will help create an organized, efficient environment where attention to detail is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administrative needs of the Property Manager and management staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all documents and communications.
  • Use various software packages to produce documents, presentations, charts, and graphics.
  • Organize and gather required data as needed, handling all documents with confidentiality.
  • Manage departmental mailings, correspondence, and telephone contacts in a professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain accurate files and records for easy access by staff.
  • Greet visitors, screen calls, and schedule appointments.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and monitor supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and processing invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Answer telephones promptly and provide general support to the Property Manager and staff.
