Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and execute guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling room reservations, requests, modifications, and cancellations with precision.
2. Secure payments and verify billing details, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
3. Activate and manage room keys, maintaining security protocols.
4. Address guest inquiries and relay messages promptly, ensuring all requests are fulfilled.
5. Prepare contingency lists for emergency situations, maintaining a record of all guests.
6. Provide guests with comprehensive information about room features, property amenities, services, and local attractions.
7. Follow up on unresolved requests from previous days, ensuring guest satisfaction.
8. Generate and review daily reports and logs, completing cashier and closing reports accurately.
9. Manage wake-up call requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
10. Maintain a secure cash bank, processing various payment types and adjustments.
11. Report any incidents of theft or safety concerns to Loss Prevention/Security.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
