MyEmployees is seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $127,228 - $151,266 per year, based on performance and results. Our compensation plan offers paid training, 100% commission, and performance bonuses.

About the Job

As an Account Development Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, identify and speak to decision-makers, and pitch and close solutions based on prospects' needs. You will also work closely with our dedicated Sales Coach to achieve monthly quotas and receive support and guidance.
