We are seeking a highly skilled Math and Reading Intervention Teacher to join our team at FullBloom. As a Math and Reading Intervention Teacher, you will play a critical role in providing educational support to students who require additional assistance in math and reading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Maximize instructional time by pacing, wait time, and differentiation to ensure students' educational environment clarifies learning goals and facilitates connections among lessons.
  • Use data to scaffold and differentiate instruction, ensuring students take ownership of their learning and growth.
  • Establish clear routines and procedures that set students up for success.
  • Master new content in training sessions and demonstrate competency in content-area assessments.
  • Document student learning exposure and outcomes, establishing and maintaining accurate data that empowers analysis of the support provided to students.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in math and reading intervention teaching.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
