About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Child Intervention Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism in developing essential skills for communication, social interaction, and self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with families to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral growth.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Continuous learning and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
