The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Product Marketing Firefly to lead our Firefly product marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the overall Firefly marketing strategy, partnering closely with product management to define product strategy and innovation, and developing deep knowledge of the Firefly business and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall Firefly marketing strategy, including market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Partner closely with product management to define product strategy and innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Firefly business, including generative models, differentiated capabilities, and market growth drivers.
- Lead the annual planning process for the business, delivering a 3-year growth strategy and business plan.
- Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders, coaching them to drive impact and deliver results.
- Define critical metrics for measuring success across Firefly product marketing activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM strategy.
- Define a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in each category, including TAM, market share, competitive assessment, target audience definition, and growth levers.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of driving business results and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in the creative industry, with a deep understanding of creative professionals and their expectations from tools.
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, with experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
- Self-starter and proactive leader, with a relentless focus on customer experience and a drive to constantly optimize and improve.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders.

This is a highly visible position that requires clear critical thinking and the ability to implement all the way down to the nitty-gritty details. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Gen AI-driven creative ideation, exude ownership of the business, and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence teams in a matrixed environment.
