Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team.
- Employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets.
- Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
- Utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls.
- Proactively make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments.
- Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with all ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Regularly track and analyze your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
- Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Results-driven and motivated for sales.
- Excellent customer service.
- Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals.
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy.
- Previous sales experience a plus.
