Member Experience Specialist

This Member Experience Specialist position at Sam's Club requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area; providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed; and answering any questions they may have.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures;
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members;
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment;
- Multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Problem-solving skills to resolve member issues and concerns;
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
