Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Finance to lead our Transplant Diagnostics Division. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning and analysis, ensuring detailed execution of financial processes and controls, and providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function for the Transplant Diagnostics Division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support divisional goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
  • Lead and analyze financial data on a regular basis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate and lead where appropriate finance efforts related to new business opportunities, including but not limited to partnerships and M&A activities.
  • Lead and develop a finance team that consistently demonstrates strong work behaviors, fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis and effective planning abilities.
  • Background of leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle HFM and Microsoft Office tools is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data to provide practical suggestions for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Experience efficiently implementing financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proven track record to set and achieve financial goals, while maintaining a proactive and driven approach.
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, adept at effectively juggling and addressing different tasks.
