Urology Business Development Manager

The Territory Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for building a business with an innovative technology in the urology sector. This position involves creating a territory plan, managing leads and opportunities, and developing a strong network of centers of excellence. The target accounts will be local key urology and pathology opinion leaders, high-volume urology clinics, teaching hospitals, and other hospital-owned urology clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting appointments and presenting the product to key decision-makers.
- Understanding the account strategically, including economic, technical, and user decision-makers.
- Closing sales and securing service agreements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales with a successful record.
- Ability to build product awareness and educate a new market in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in sales of medical equipment to physicians and hospitals, or sales of disposable medical equipment into pathology labs.
- Ability to work closely with other employees to develop and win sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a start-up environment or launching a game-changing medical product.
- BS or BA Degree.
