Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician and Home Theater Installer to join our team at Mid-City Stereo. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing various household appliances, as well as installing and configuring home audio and visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose issues with appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
  • Stay updated on the latest appliance technology and repair techniques.
Home Theater Installation Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure home audio and visual systems.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Experience with satellite TV installation is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerants) are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
