Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a Service Technician I at Liberty Military Housing, you will be part of a highly trained team of professionals dedicated to providing military families with comfortable, well-maintained homes. You will work in a variety of roles, including routine maintenance and repairs, to ensure the quality and safety of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances
- Applying basic skills in multiple trades to ensure quality maintained homes and communities
- Completing resident-requested repairs within the required timeframe
To Succeed in This Position:
- You should have one or more years' related maintenance experience
- Beginning-level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades, such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpet care
- Working knowledge of appliances and competent skills regarding the operation of small hand and electrical tools
