Maintenance and Repair Specialist

This Service Technician I role at Liberty Military Housing involves working independently to perform routine maintenance and repairs in multifamily residential communities. You will operate building systems and related equipment to complete tasks to our quality standards and residents' satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances
- Applying basic skills in multiple trades to ensure quality maintained homes and communities
- Completing resident-requested repairs within the required timeframe
To Be Successful in This Role:
- You should have one or more years' related maintenance experience
- Beginning-level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades, such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpet care
- Working knowledge of appliances and competent skills regarding the operation of small hand and electrical tools
Average Salary: $21.75 per hour. Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:
