KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, support, and schedule team members, assigning daily tasks and providing training in all restaurant functions.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the restaurant staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist team members in addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints.
  • Operate within budgetary limits concerning food, beverage costs, and payroll.
  • Manage inventory control for the restaurant.
  • Establish departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, and operational policies.
  • Monitor product quality and service levels, addressing any issues and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of specialized fields and thorough understanding of professional practices and techniques are essential. Familiarity with policies and procedures is required to make informed decisions.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the industry.

Certifications:

Food Safety Supervisor certification may be required, with training provided if necessary.
