Job Summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PC Systems Specialist to join our team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch computer hardware and software support to our end users, ensuring the seamless operation of our government IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee support tickets for Training Management Directorate (TMD) users, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
  • Report directly to Senior Leadership regarding ongoing projects and tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and lead multiple projects, including planning, design, organization, and implementation, while providing subject matter expertise and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate support with the local Network Enterprise Center, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Respond to user inquiries and requests, providing technical assistance on PC systems, related hardware and software, and standard applications.
  • Provide help desk information and support, determining the cause of problems and offering temporary solutions when necessary.
  • Install, set up, relocate, configure, troubleshoot, and support PC/server hardware and software, including software upgrades and network interface configurations.
  • Implement and design an organization-wide set of standards for the implementation of future and existing information systems.
  • Provide on-call support outside of core work hours for unscheduled events or scheduled service interruptions.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Non-remote position with relocation incentive available.
