We are seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support our team in Oxford, NC.

Job Summary

This is a temporary position that requires a skilled HR professional with 2-3 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Assist with employee relations and provide support to staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience. This is an onsite position, and we require some crossover time for training after January.
