Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Water Utility Specialist to handle customer inquiries received by telephone. The ideal candidate will provide information and assistance to customers who present a broad range of complex issues and concerns, while determining the appropriate course of action for emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivers exceptional customer service by promptly, accurately, and thoroughly addressing inquiries and questions regarding customer accounts and services
• Handles customer inquiries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provides information and assistance to customers who present a broad range of complex issues and concerns

Requirements
• Three (3) years of progressive experience in customer service
• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills

Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
