Aircraft Weapons Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Aircraft Weapons Integration Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining the Mechanical Systems Design Architecture using engineering practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and integrate mechanical system components and mechanisms onto an aircraft platform.
- Perform design and analysis of aircraft landing gear and/or general aircraft mechanisms.
- Lead a team of mechanical design engineers and perform mechanical system analysis and integration activities.
- Procure aircraft actuation hardware and manage related supplier relationships.
- Attend internal program, customer, and/or supplier technical exchange meetings and/or formal program milestone reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related professional/military experience in mechanical/aerospace engineering, or Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of related professional/military experience, or PhD and 8 years of related professional/military experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Access Programs (SAP) prior to commencement of employment.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
- Familiarity with NX CAD software and Teamcenter PLM.
- Managerial/Team Lead experience.
