Margaritaville Hotel Nashville is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base through exceptional customer service, strategic sales planning, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years sales experience, 2 years minimum hotel sales experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast-paced, driven to succeed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Understanding/knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management skills
  • Understanding of respective market segment, competitors' strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand
