Job Summary
The Nurse Aide I plays a vital role in supporting our patient care team by delivering high-quality care under the direction of our Registered Nurses. This role requires a strong commitment to our Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model, which emphasizes dignity and respect, information sharing, participation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Support and incorporate the PFCC model in daily practice
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in care and decision-making at the patient's level of choice
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
- 1 year of clinical experience in a related area (preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) or College courses in Nurse Aide (required)
- Nurse Aide I certification (required)
Work Schedule
Days (7a-7p), Monday-Friday; Every 3rd Weekend
Weekend and Call Requirements
- Every Third Weekend
- As Needed
