Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Unit Leader to join our team. As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple Sonic drive-ins, including training and coaching employees, managing inventory and labor costs, and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of multiple Sonic drive-ins, including training and coaching employees, managing inventory and labor costs, and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability, including analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire employees to fill open positions, including management and hourly staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and drive-in traffic.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, including experience running shifts without supervision.
  • Multi-unit supervision experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations.
  • Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic accounting and computer skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
