Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on the development of adaptive life skills and the reduction of challenging behaviors.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Analyses (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) to address specific behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to implement interventions and provide coaching and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain and update FBAs, BSPs, and Crisis Intervention Plans (CIPs) to ensure effective and safe support.
  • Stay up-to-date with training and professional development to ensure expertise in ABA and PBS principles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of ABA and PBS principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support.
