Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to an 8th-grade student with behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote a positive learning environment.
- Assist with daily activities and foster independence in the classroom setting.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
