About the Role

The Business Development Manager II will be responsible for maintaining, and indeed developing, an agreed set of measurement criteria, which will be reported to the department head monthly. He/She will also interface and communicate effectively throughout the rest of Incora's organization, the status of current customer activities, and/or the status of new prospects.

They will be skilled at providing profitable revenue growth and high-quality value-added sales, whilst maintaining/developing relationships, and customer expectations. The individual needs to be proactive in seeking, identifying, developing and closing new opportunities that are of a best fit with Incora's current and forward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Grow new business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets in the region, with both existing and new customers.

Input data into the CRM pipeline management tool and ensure information is current and valid.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline commensurate with the annual sales target.

Visit customers and prospects in the region to help achieve sales targets.

Effectively communicate activity on a regular basis to the VP commercial.

Requirements

Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the willingness to learn and grow.

Business acumen, along with Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential.

Proven sales experience which demonstrates pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to priorities tasks well.

Able to work under pressure.
