About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Verint's product solutions and provide expert guidance to customers on how to maximize their value.
  • Health Score Management: Utilize tools like Totango to assess customer health scores and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Feedback and Advocacy: Collect and share customer feedback with our product team to inform product development and drive customer-centric innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to drive continuous value for customers, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
