We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center LLC.

Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse, your duties will include:

  • Managing patient care and treatment plans
  • Leading clinical teams and directing care delivery
  • Providing education and training to staff
  • Monitoring and maintaining patient records
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN Certification in the State of Connecticut required
• At least 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing facility or Hospital Setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have great organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, while being flexible and quickly adept to change
