We are seeking a Financial Mailroom Coordinator to join our Disability Solutions team in Hartford, CT. As a key member of our mailroom operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of financial documents and materials. This includes preparing returned mail and back-end documents, logging contents of overnight packages, and counting and batching documents for scanning.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience in office, operations, or imaging/mailroom environments. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of operating imaging and mail room equipment is also required.
