We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Systems Engineer to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new products and components for our Commercial HVAC product lines, including heating and cooling solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design and integration, including Compressor Engineering, Thermal Systems Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Perform and document engineering analysis to design, verify performance, and reliability of HVAC components and products.
  • Support or lead ad hoc teams of engineers and others through short-duration projects.
  • Work effectively across functional lines to drive quality and reliability issues to root cause.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of engineering work experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HVAC technologies and components.
  • Experience with product design, bill of materials, engineering specifications, and product manufacturing.
  • Quality and customer service orientation towards engineering design.
