  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline, catering company, and airport staff, union representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure budget targets are met, and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are up-to-date with the latest security protocols and procedures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all security-related records are maintained, and compliance with regulatory requirements is met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 5 years at the management level or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and presentation skills, strong PC computer skills, business acumen, and ability to work in a union environment.
