Job Summary:

The Compensation Strategy Analyst will be instrumental in driving our company's success by ensuring that our remuneration and benefits frameworks are competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategic goals.

This position involves assessing, analyzing, and overseeing the organization’s compensation and benefits initiatives to attract, retain, and inspire top-tier talent while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

You will also be pivotal in reviewing and refining our salary frameworks and pay structures.

Key Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
1. Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation offerings are competitive within our sector and geographical area.

2. Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide recommendations for salary modifications, bonuses, and incentive schemes.

3. Develop and maintain detailed compensation reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.

4. Create and uphold salary frameworks and pay structures that reflect the organization’s compensation philosophy.

5. Regularly review and update job descriptions and classifications to ensure accurate and consistent job valuation.

6. Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations concerning compensation and benefits.

7. Ensure adherence to pay equity and other relevant legislation.

8. Collaborate with HR and management to connect compensation with performance through merit-based salary increases and bonus initiatives.

9. Provide insights on performance evaluation and recognition programs.

10. Maintain precise and confidential compensation data.

11. Prepare and present analytical reports to HR and senior leadership.

12. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing salary frameworks and pay structures.

13. Recommend modifications and enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and market dynamics.

14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in compensation management.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

- Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.

- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
