Position Summary:
The Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the organization as it expands. This position will collaborate with team members across the country.

This individual will oversee and implement various human resource activities, including data management, market analysis, salary structuring, compensation monitoring, budget file upkeep, long-term incentive (LTI) statement preparation, LTI program administration, and year-end compensation strategy, as well as facilitating talent acquisition processes such as hiring plan development, maintenance, reporting, and offer approvals.

Additionally, this role is responsible for both routine and special reporting tasks.

This position will advocate for our organizational culture and values while serving as an innovative partner in our people-related decisions with a transparent approach.

Core Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:


Collaborate with Revantage, our shared services partner, and other operational service providers to ensure that the quality of service delivered meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and overall customer satisfaction expectations.


Facilitate the cross-boarding process for all transfers and promotions, including system access, updates, communications, and the transition process to integrate into the new team or position.

Accountable for developing, monitoring, and reporting on the annual hiring strategy.

Maintain the ongoing budget file for headcount planning and reporting.


Actively participate in the administration of the LTI program, including generating mid-year and annual statements and ensuring accurate offerings at the time of hire.

Support the year-end compensation process from budget approval through compensation statements and coaching leaders throughout the process.

Facilitate the hiring process from position approvals to offer confirmations and LTI generation.


Ensure that all departing team members complete the offboarding process, including disabling system access, clarifying technology information, and conducting exit interviews that are shared with relevant team members.

Serve as the point of contact for compliance and HR audit data production and processes.


Oversee the generation of monthly and quarterly reports, packaging and presenting results such as new hire follow-ups, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, headcount, and compliance reporting.

Conduct analyses as needed and requested, identifying ways to create a positive impact.

Assist in designing employee benefits, health, and wellness strategies while supporting the operational aspects of program management and execution.

Address benefits-related inquiries and promote programs associated with employee benefits


Coordinate and manage programs, including but not limited to tracking tuition reimbursement, recognition awards, and other initiatives as required.


Utilize data to continuously assess, evaluate, and enhance recruiting operations to achieve the highest quality and consistency of experience for all stakeholders.

Create, audit, and maintain accurate job descriptions and postings.

Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Promote diversity and inclusion, collaboration, fairness, high performance, innovation, and integrity

Provide general analytical support for the People team

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, or a related area

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, management, and external parties

Experience in maintaining and implementing HR-related software

Self-motivated with the ability to excel and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Strong change management skills with the ability to drive organizational, process, and technology changes

Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while thriving in a fast-paced work environment


Ability to leverage data and analytics to address challenges and make informed decisions to enhance overall organizational health.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in all MS Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Familiarity with HRIS-related software

Preferred Qualifications:
HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
