Job Title: Boiler Operator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team at Aerotek. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stationary Hyronic Hot Water Boiler system with a 3 boiler setup, including a 1 million BTU - 597 HP and 2 million BTU - 257 HP boiler. The system uses dual fuel, both natural gas and oil, and operates at temperatures between degrees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the boiler system to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Monitor and maintain the boiler system, including performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Document all activities and readings in a log book
  • Provide excellent customer service to campus personnel

Requirements:
  • Blue Seal Boiler License
  • Experience operating a stationary Hyronic Hot Water Boiler system
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in Camden, New Jersey, working as a stationary engineer in a boiler plant. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
