Insurance Sales Representative

We specialize in offering comprehensive coverage and personalized service to our clients. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Independent Insurance Sales Agents on a 1099 basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various sales techniques to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Needs Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Insurance Product Education: Educate clients on various insurance products, explaining coverage details, benefits, and exclusions.
- Customized Insurance Solutions: Customize insurance solutions to meet the individual needs of clients, providing tailored recommendations and quotes.
- Relationship Building and Follow-up: Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and overcome objections.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to expedite the application and approval process.
- Industry Knowledge and Staying Current: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Metrics and Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
- Record Keeping and CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other tracking systems.
- Professionalism and Customer Service: Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
- Active Insurance License: Active insurance license in the required state(s).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
