Job Overview

Jobot is seeking a forward-thinking leader to spearhead the development of a comprehensive Workforce Management and Total Rewards strategy. This individual will be responsible for crafting a unified blueprint that aligns with the company's vision and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge and execute a strategic Workforce Management plan that drives business objectives forward.
  • Develop precise forecasts for talent requirements, balancing workforce size with cost-effectiveness and impactful contribution to the company.
  • Design and implement an attractive Total Rewards scheme that stands out as competitive, financially viable, and influential in drawing, retaining, and motivating staff.
  • Establish and maintain a strategic pay framework that mirrors the organization's ambitions.
  • Promote transparent communication and comprehension regarding Total Rewards to boost staff morale and engagement.
  • Utilize workforce analytics to monitor crucial metrics, offering analytical insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of advancing experience in Workforce Management, Total Rewards, and Compensation, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
  • A proven track record in the effective development and management of Total Rewards programs.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative prowess, with a knack for deciphering complex data and trends.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas to a varied audience.
  • Strategic mindset, with the capability to align workforce strategies with broader business and Total Rewards visions.
  • Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide a team while working collaboratively across different functions.
  • Experienced in driving organizational change, especially in areas related to Workforce Management and Total Rewards.
  • Commitment to maintaining the utmost ethical standards and confidentiality with sensitive information.
