Join Our Team as a Lead Social Worker Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Social Worker Supervisor to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Lexington, MA. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for supervising other social workers, evaluating mental health diagnoses, and creating treatment plans.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing world-class mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support other social workers in their clinical practice
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW)
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
