We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our Reliability Engineering group, you will play a critical role in improving the reliability of our equipment, utilities, and critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize maintenance efficiency.
- Lead root cause failure analysis and failure mode effect analysis to identify and address equipment reliability issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement predictive maintenance programs.
- Develop and maintain equipment parts lists and bill of materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support capital projects and lead reliability-driven actions to improve equipment reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS and engineering & maintenance business practices.
- Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
