We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Lexington, MA. As a supervising Lead Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a key role in providing world-class mental health services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position, not a 100% remote position, and you will be working from our office in Lexington, MA. You will be responsible for supervising other mental health counselors, evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising other mental health counselors
  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses
  • Creating and implementing treatment plans
  • Completing ongoing documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
Requirements
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3+ years
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, psychotherapy
