Painting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team at Five Star Painting. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, with experience in both residential and commercial re-painting. You will be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and climbing stairs and ladders.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies
• Inspect work for the highest quality
• Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment (3+ years experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Liability and worker's comp insurance required
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check

This is a remote position. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
