Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced fire safety inspectors to assist in addressing our current workload.

The ideal candidate will lead inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and various fire safety products.

Inspections will be conducted in pairs, with the selected technician taking the lead role in managing testing operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fire inspections, testing, and servicing of fire alarm systems and other safety products in accordance with established protocols.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mentor, guide, and instruct team members.
  • Ensure proper functionality; maintain accurate and timely records of work completed.
  • Collaborate with service management to guarantee all tasks are scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Engage with clients to clarify the scope of work and address any inquiries.
  • Swiftly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Compile inspection and deficiency reports for management review.
  • Organize and maintain truck inventory (equipment, parts, and tools) to meet customer demands effectively.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications include NICET Level I certification in Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems. Candidates must achieve NICET Level II certification within one year and maintain any necessary licenses as mandated by local or state regulations.
